    Susan L. Hall, Ed.D.

    Susan L. Hall, Ed.D., is founder and president of an educational consulting and professional development company called 95 Percent Group Inc. The company provides consulting and teacher training to districts and schools in how to use literacy screening data to inform differentiated instruction delivered in small groups to address specific skill deficits. For over ten years Susan served as a national LETRS trainer and is a DMG DIBELS Mentor Trainer. Dr. Hall is author or coauthor of 7 books about reading development, including I’ve DIBEL’d, Now What?. She serves on the Dean’s Leadership Council at the Harvard Graduate School of Education and holds a MBA from Harvard Business School and a doctorate in education.

    Stephanie A. Stollar, Ph.D.

    Stephanie A. Stollar, Ph.D., is a Professional Development Specialist/Research Associate with Dynamic Measurement Group. Dr. Stollar is a nationally certified school psychologist and a 1996 graduate of the doctoral program in school psychology at the University of Cincinnati. She has worked as a school psychologist and as an assistant professor in the school psychology program at the University of South Florida. Additionally, she has 12 years experience providing professional development and consultation to school districts on the use of direct assessment measures, including DIBELS, to improve outcomes for all students.
